Mascola Group is a tight-knit team of in-the-weeds, multiple-hat-wearing thinkers and doers.
We collaborate openly and challenge each other honestly. We spend a lot of time talking through ideas—sometimes in meetings; other times across offices and hallways (and, occasionally, over someone else’s desk while they’re trying to finish something).
We take our work seriously, even if the atmosphere usually isn’t. Our team is straightforward, attentive, ambitious, occasionally a little loud, and generally comfortable being ourselves. Long deadlines, difficult projects, and the occasional chaos are easier to navigate when we can laugh (and sometimes complain) about them together.
When it comes to hiring, we look for fit as well as experience and ability. Every candidate gets time with the team, not just the people making the final decision. We want to understand how you think, how you communicate, and whether we’ll both enjoy working together once intros and interview answers are out of the way.
