Taco Bell Fires a Shot at McDonald’s

In their new TV spot launching their breakfast offerings, Taco Bell cleverly makes use of the name of their competitor’s icon to make it seem like Ronald McDonald himself is the new Taco Bell spokesman. See the spot below:

 

So far the only response has been from Mayor McCheese on the McDonald’s Twitter account, but let’s see how the clown himself will address the words placed in his mouth. In my mind, it needs to be more than a Twitter post and on the same platform as the Taco Bell ad.
