This ad for Royal Service Flights raises many interesting questions. Would an airline cram that many stewardesses into such a small space? What is an appropriate day for Rock Cornish Hen? And most importantly, was this ad created intentionally as a double entendre? I think we all know the answer to that question. Whoever comes up with the best caption to go in a thought bubble above the middle stewardess’s head wins my utmost admiration.
FUN FACT: In 1958, Delta was the only remaining airline flying without alcoholic beverage service, so this ad campaign was actually delivering news as well as building brand awareness. (Source: the Delta blog)
